Description

The assignment covers the technical processing, structuring, validation, and statistical analysis of administrative data for the 2022 Active Labour Market Measure “Looking for an Employer,” based on data from the Public Employment Institute of the Federation of BiH. The consultant will design a data entry and management system, organise and code raw records, and prepare variable definitions and documentation. Tasks include systematic data cleaning, verification, and resolving inconsistencies with designated counterparts. The output will be a complete validated database, a data dictionary, and documentation of all processing steps. Using the cleaned dataset, the consultant will conduct statistical analysis aligned with the ILO methodological framework, producing descriptive statistics, indicators, and tables on participant characteristics, service delivery, and immediate results. The assignment is limited to technical data processing and statistical analysis; it does not include drafting reports, policy recommendations, or measure redesign. All work must comply with data confidentiality requirements. No travel is foreseen.
