Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment involves the design and delivery of an ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Training of Trainers (ToT) for trainers from Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions and cooperative representatives in Zanzibar. The consultant will conduct a structured ToT in line with ILO SIYB guidelines to build participants’ capacity to deliver standardized entrepreneurship and business management training to youth, women, and cooperative members. The work includes preparation of training materials, facilitation of participatory training sessions, assessment and certification of participants, and provision of practical guidance on cascading SIYB training at institutional level. The assignment also requires coordination with relevant stakeholders, documentation of training outcomes, and submission of a final technical report outlining results, lessons learned, and recommendations for sustainability.
