Description: UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for 01 National Firm/Organization to implement interventions related to Occupational
Health and Safety (OHS) and Collective Representation themes under the Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI) in the Northern region.
Objectives: The objective of this
assignment is to implement critical interventions to improve working conditions, enhance safety standards across T2 – T5 and strengthen the collective voice and representation of IWWs
in the recycled plastic value chain. Specifically, this assignment will aim to:
· Increase safety awareness and knowledge of worker rights, establish emergency protocols, and supply necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Provide consultation and training on minimum labor standards, accident prevention, and formal accident reporting systems (OHS training and guidelines).
· Facilitate the formation of T5 IWWs collectives/networks and build their capacity for effective advocacy and collective bargaining.
Duration: March - December 2026
