Please find attached the Terms of Reference with the specifications and the required forms to be fulfilled. The BID FORM (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with the technical and financial offers. If the BID FORM (pages 2 to 4) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. - Two-year set of financial statements for the full financial year (preferably audited)

- Certificate of Incorporation (Business License)

- UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number. (If your company is not registered on UNGM you can create a profile in the UNGM
