Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: [The
Consultant will support the Department of Labor and Employment–BWSC, the ILO, and the National Council Against Child Labor in conducting the Mid-Term Assessment of the PPACL Strategic
Framework and Action Plan 2023–2028. The work includes reviewing PPACL documents, M&E tools, indicators, and accomplishment reports; developing customized workshop tools; and
facilitating the Mid-Term Assessment and planning workshop with NCACL members. After the workshop, the Consultant will prepare full documentation, consolidate findings, and formulate
actionable recommendations to refine the PPACL Strategic Framework and Action Plan for 2026–2028. The Consultant will also lead validation sessions with stakeholders, draft the updated
Strategic Framework and Action Plan, present these to the NCACL, and revise them based on feedback. The assessment will be guided by standard evaluation criteria, including relevance,
coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, impact orientation, and cross-cutting issues. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to
