Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: This
assignment will build on existing regional analysis of Business and Human Rights National Action Plans (BHR NAPs) in the Asia–Pacific region to produce practical, employer-oriented
outputs. It will consolidate and update the current assessment into a clear, policy-relevant document that explains the status of BHR NAPs, compares national approaches, and clarifies
linkages between BHR, labour standards, ESG, human rights due diligence (HRDD), and trade-related labour obligations. The work will also examine the relevance of BHR NAPs to trade
agreements. In parallel, the assignment will develop four country-specific briefing notes for Viet Nam, Mongolia, the Philippines, and Malaysia, providing EBMOs with accessible guidance,
key messages, and concrete entry points for engagement in consultation, implementation, monitoring, and advocacy processes. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the
instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
