Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: [The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking a Local Consultant Engineer to provide high-level technical review, advisory, and mentoring support for Employment-Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) interventions in Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The consultant will conduct advanced technical assessments of construction designs and contractor submissions, provide specialized recommendations for climate-resilient and sustainable infrastructure, validate technical and financial data, deliver capacity-building and mentoring to field engineers and youth participants, and serve as a technical interface with government authorities, implementing partners, and contractors, including translation and interpretation of technical documents and meetings into Kurdish. The assignment runs from 15 March 2026 to 15 January 2027, totalling 65 working days.
