ITB for the LTAs on travel services for UN Agencies in Vietnam (Албания - Тендер #70258928)

UNDP Viet Nam is looking for 02 qualified firm/institute/organizations for two Long-term Agreements on the provision of travel services for UN Agencies and their projects in Viet Nam. 

To achieve cost efficiency from economies of scale while ensuring quality of service, one recommendation agreed among the UNAs was to consolidate all the travel requirements and enter into two Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with the 1st and 2nd ranked bidders to serve its all-travel service requirements. Travel, as referred to in the TOR, shall apply to all movements or journeys of UN staff and their projects from one place to another for official business purposes, both international and domestic. 

The successful travel agents shall render high-quality services to all the officers/staff of the UNAs, including their dependents and other travellers authorized/accredited under the UNAs.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10.30 am, Friday 30 January 2026. Participation by Bidders in this pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended.
