Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator Below is the summary of the work to be performed. The
consultant will support the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination on behalf of the ILO in developing the National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
Strategy for the Health Sector by conducting a comprehensive review of policies, regulations, and institutional frameworks across federal and provincial levels, identifying gaps and
opportunities, and benchmarking findings against international labour standards. The consultant will participate in all meetings of the Technical Working Group constituted by the
Ministry, provide technical advice, document stakeholder consultation inputs and develop consolidated recommendations. Based on desk reviews, legislation, international standards, and the
Technical Working Group’s inputs as well as the ILO’s feedback, the consultant will draft the OSH Strategy, including the Implementation Framework outlining roles, responsibilities,
budgeting, M&E indicators, and phased actions. The consultant will revise all documents based on feedback from the Technical Working Group and provincial and tripartite consultations
