Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: To deliver training to improve the capacity of the labour inspectorate to prevent and handle gender-based violence and harassment at work, which is linked to outcome 1 (output 1.4) of the project. The training will be based on the Labour Inspection Guide in Preventing and Handling Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Violence in the Workplace. The training will be delivered using an adult learning approach, incorporating participatory methods such as group work and presentations, case studies, discussions, brainstorming, and other relevant creative methodologies tailored to the topics and participants. The training will be based on practical tools and cases. A pre- and post-test will need to be developed and conducted to assess participants" understanding. An evaluation of the training will also be necessary to ensure its quality.
