Below is a summary of the work to be performed: ILO PROSPECTS is looking for a consultant to prepare and deliver a one-week “Making financial inclusion work for refugees and host communities training course in one selected location in Ethiopia, targeting managers of FSPs that currently serve or consider serving refugees and host communities with financial services in February 2026.The planned training programme will help FSPs to diversify their product portfolio through serving more refugees and host communities strategically and cost-effectively. It is relevant to institutions that are looking for ways to serve these population groups more efficiently and effectively, as well as institutions that have not yet diversified and are seeking guidance on where and how to start.
