RFQ/UNDP/KW/2026/001 cleaning services (Албания - Тендер #70112912)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Kuwait Country Office is soliciting proposals from interested companies for the Provision of Cleaning Services for the UN offices located at UN Building Block 7, Diplomatic Square, Mishref. The solicitation will result a Long Term Agreement with one qualified General Services Company for Provision of General Services to the UN building as defined in this Terms of Reference. 

The following, but not limited to, are the services to be performed by the company:

·       Effective provision of cleaning services for the assigned premises/space.

·       Maintenance of high hygiene and green office/premises environment.

·       Maintenance of plants in the green areas around the building.

·       Serving office tea, beverages and snacks to employees and visitors at UN Building as and when required.
