Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The
integrated enterprise & market systems assessment will focus on Assosa refugee operation and document two separate but interlinked analyses. The first was a socio-economic assessment
and context analysis that looks at the profile, characteristics, and background of refugee and host populations, the overall environment or market system in which they are embedded, with
a particular lens on the informal economy. Secondly, the assessment shall shed light on the enterprise & market systems assessment will focus on Assosa field refugee operation. It is
also expected to provide empirical or analytical data to inform program intervention, including designing AIMS, enterprise, cooperative, and financial inclusion activities. Therefore,
there is a need for a deep and analytical evidence-based assessment to inform interventions in 2026 and beyond, to focus exhaustively on assessing the market system, enterprise, and
cooperative development, as well as financial inclusion aspects in depth for refugees and host communities. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary
