Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) Country Office for Nepal is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the
work to be performed: The Master Trainer will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive social protection training program under the EWPN project. The role involves designing a
5-day Training of Trainers (TOT) and a 3-day rollout curriculum, including training manuals and participant workbooks, in collaboration with a co-trainer. The trainer will provide
technical guidance on Nepal’s social protection system, contributory schemes, and coverage of informal workers, integrating international best practices, adult learning approaches, and
practical exercises. The trainer will also facilitate validation workshop remotely (online), review and finalize training materials in English and Nepali, and ensure content is accurate,
gender-sensitive, and inclusive. The assignment supports capacity building for government, trade unions, employers, and civil society, enhancing sustainability and outreach at
