Description

These Terms of Reference (TOR) establish the framework for the assessment, modernization, and upgrade of the Amman Training Centre (ATC) Hall in Amman. The objective of this project is to transform the current ATC Hall into a modern, fully equipped facility that aligns with international standards, offering enhanced user experience and providing a venue suitable for high-level meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events across various configurations, including auditorium and seminar layouts. A comprehensive technical of the physical condition of the Amman Training Center (ATC) Hall is required to develop a modernization and renovation plan that ensures its long-term use as a venue for the various UNRWA events. This document outlines essential elements for the technical assessment and design, serving as a guide for the Consultant team. The selected Consultant will submit an inception report detailing the approach and methodology for the different phases of the assessment and design in coordination with the UNRWA team and will work in close collaboration with the UNRWA Infrastructure and Camp Improvement Programme (ICIP) and Amman Training Centre (ATC) staff throughout the assessment and design phases.
