AI Solutions for Reverse Logistics Project for Circular Electronics Management (Албания - Тендер #69906868)

This call for tenders concerns the provision of specialized technical integration and demonstration services to the UPU for the design, configuration and pilot deployment of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled digital platform supporting postal-enabled reverse logistics for the circular management of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). The Vendor shall assist the UPU in operationalizing a minimum viable platform that connects consumers, DOs, recyclers and regulators, and that integrates digital functionalities with physical postal infrastructure in line with the Unions work on the digital and green transition.
The assignment covers the configuration and integration of the platforms core modules (AI valuation, recycler marketplace, postal logistics integration including financial-payment data flows, packaging and safety, compliance reporting, and consumer interface), as well as the deployment and testing of the platform across six UPU member countries to be selected by the UPU. The Vendor shall ensure interoperability with relevant hardware and software ecosystems, including but not limited to smart lockers, kiosks, IoT devices and postal IT environments, and shall provide the UPU with training, documentation and operational support required for pilot implementation and future replication.
