Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Consultants Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Better Work
Viet Nam, a joint programme of the ILO and IFC, is recruiting qualified national external consultants to review the training contents and conduct training courses throughout the year
2026, following Better Work Viet Nam (BWV) training calendar. There are 8 deliverables for the consultants with the relevant qualifications and experiences to apply for, including
Environment Law and Sustainability, Occupational safety and health, Industrial relations and Social Dialogue, Genders and Sexual harassment prevention, Production and Productivity,
Management systems, Vietnam Labor Law, and Training of trainers Induction for new workers. Key responsibilities include Reviewing the BWV training courses outlines and session plan and
prepare training materials, conducting training courses as per assigned plan by BWV, following the agreed training calendar, ensuring full adherence to BWV Quality Assurance and Quality
Control (QA/QC) training standards, following all BWV training processes, guidelines, alignments, and instructions, Following ILO/BWV training content and information copyrights. The
training consultant must fully comply with the BWV Anti-Bribery Policy, ensure transparency in all interactions with BWV/ILO, and adhere to the Better Work Ethical Code of Conduct. The
