Call for External Collaborator for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for Child labour Projects (Албания - Тендер #69367597)

Description

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed. The consultant will support the three child labour projects aimed at eliminating child labour in Egypt. Their primary tasks will include: 1. Monitoring & Data Management o Developing and reviewing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and plans. o Raising awareness on M&E practices among project staff. o Consolidating progress indicators, preparing reports for ILO and donors, and supporting mid-term evaluations. 2. Data Collection & Analysis o Designing and implementing data collection tools. o Supporting ad-hoc data collection activities and analyzing data to inform project strategies, decision-making, and advocacy. o Ensuring accurate and timely data collection for child labour interventions. 3. Reporting o Consolidating inputs for quarterly and annual reports, ensuring consistency and results-orientation. o Preparing and updating monthly dashboards to track project progress and results. 4. Capacity Building & Dissemination o Developing guidance tools and conducting training sessions for implementing partners. o Supporting learning and dissemination activities to enhance project implementation. The consultant’s role is critical in ensuring the success of the three child labour projects by providing accurate data and reporting that informs strategies, advocacy, and policy dialogue.
