SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF (PROTOTYPING AND CONTENT-PRODUCTION) EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE FOR THE TIMBUKTOO HEALTHTECH HUB - RWANDA

Introduction

Timbuktoo HealthTech Hub – Rwanda is expanding its prototyping and content-production capability to support local healthtech startups with immersive development tools, professional audio‑visual production, and electronics rework capacity. This tender (Lot 2) seeks qualified suppliers to supply, install, and commission specific equipment and software subscriptions, and to provide training, warranty, and after‑sales support.

The scope and minimum technical requirements are defined in details in the attached documents to this negotiation.

Instructions to Bidders

a)    Bidders must fill in unit prices, total prices, and applicable taxes in the provided excel sheet, the summary of which will be filled in the Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer of the RFQ. All prices in Rwandan Francs Include delivery, installation, training, warranty, and maintenance costs. Attach compliance matrix and supporting documents

b)    Bidders may submit proposal and costs on all or any of the provided lots

c)     Delivery period: Delivery at site indicated above, installation and Training are all expected to be completed within 1 calendar Month after Contract signature

d)    Warranty: Minimum 12-month warranty covering parts and labor, with on site response within 24 hours

e)     Bidders should demonstrate experience, with at least three (3) certificates of completion for the specific lot they are bidding for
