To conduct a comprehensive and critical analysis of innovative financing for education, examining the extent to which these mechanisms achieve their stated goals of enhancing effectiveness, ensuring additionality, and delivering measurable developmental impact. The study will systematically map and evaluate existing instruments, such as results-based financing, social impact bonds, debt swaps, and blended finance, against empirical evidence and case studies across diverse contexts. The selected entity will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering a comprehensive study that critically analyses the landscape, performance, and potential of innovative financing for education globally. The work will result in a full analytical report, policy briefs, and a practical guidance toolkit.

Sustainable Procurement practices integrate requirements, specifications, and criteria that are compatible and in favour of the protection of the environment, the social progress and in support of economic development.
