UNICEF-Bangladesh is inviting interested service providers with a proven track record and professional credibility, to the attached UNICEF tender LRPS-2025-9201791 for Hiring an agency to design, pilot and institutionalize Strengthening Foundational Literacy and Numeracy-FLN through Innovative initiatives addressing school environment, such as Whole School Development Plan (WSDP), Green school initiatives and Building as Learning Aid (BALA) approach

1. Request for Proposal

United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. Request for Proposal (RFP) attached to this email is the main Solicitation Document, which includes the Bid Form and all the Annexures.
