Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: ● Support the development of the training materials on RBC and HRDD through facilitating consultations with government, workers’ and employers’ organizations and other stakeholders, liaising with SMEs for data collection, as well as and assisting with sector identification; ● Review of the parts of the training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance for the Montenegrin context; ● Attend the pilot training workshops and collect structured feedback from participants on the draft training module in terms of its content, relevance and applicability to support the finalization of the training material.
