RFP-2025-26 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT CONSULTANT (Албания - Тендер #69143750)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful individual bidder and select a suitable consultant to provide project implementation support related to HIV prevention activities including regular project implementation follow-up and updates. To provide support in - project documentation, preparation of case studies including for GEDSI, preparation for donor report for Indo-Pacific HIV Partnership DFAT grant, preparations and documentation for events. The provider shall be an individual operating in the field of Public Health, with proven expertise in HIV epidemic and its impact on countries in the Asia and the Pacific region.
Duration of the work: Consultant will be required to start working on 15 January 2026 till 31 December 2026.
Work to be performed:
" Support UNAIDS RST in DFAT implementation support including - preparations of programmatic updates; preparations and documentations related to DFAT grant meetings and events including but not limited to Steering Committee Meeting, Implementation Committee Meeting, GEDSI Community of Practice Meeting, Quarterly MEL Focal Point Meeting, Pacific Regional Prevention Meeting.
" Prepare briefings, advocacy notes, and case studies (including GEDSI) in relation to DFAT grant.
" Prepare 2025 DFAT annual report and 2026 mid-year update report and associated documents as part of the DFAT reporting requirements.
" Perform any other duties as requested by the Regional HIV Prevention Adviser.
