Call for External Collaborator – to coordinate regional civil society forum to strengthen services to migrant women workers and children in ASEAN (Албания - Тендер #68997477)

Description

The consultant will support the design, coordination and delivery of the PROTECT Regional Civil Society Forum to be held in Jakarta in mid 2026, bringing together CSOs, migrant worker organizations and service providers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. The consultant will prepare an inception note and workplan, refine the programme agenda, develop session methodologies and facilitation tools, and coordinate pre-event outreach, participant engagement and briefing materials. They will oversee on-site arrangements in Jakarta, serve as lead or co-facilitator during the two-day forum, ensure inclusive participation and effective cross-border learning, and collaborate with interpreters, rapporteurs and PROTECT UN Agencies. Following the event, the consultant will produce a concise workshop report capturing key lessons, promising practices and agreed follow-up actions to inform PROTECT implementation in 2026–2027.
