If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this ITB:

1. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Monday, December 8, 2025

2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than. Tuesday, November 25, 2025

3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Monday, December 15, 2025
