Description of the Assignment: To enhance administrative efficiency and interoperability by analyzing current procedures and proposing synchronization strategies between the Register of Administrative Procedures and the Catalogue of Procedures. The objective is to support the Government of Serbia and the Office for IT and eGovernment (ITE) in strengthening key national administrative registers and advancing strategic priorities in e-government service delivery.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
