The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is implementing the Construction of the Abuja Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE), which will enhance the institutional capacity of Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) to support an ecosystem of tech and digital SME’s to contribute to the national economy. The project focuses on designing and constructing a functional, energy-efficient building with green credentials, fully accessible for PWDs and elderly people, creating a conducive atmosphere for gender-responsive and youth development, as well as lifelong learning opportunities in line with UNDP’s mandate to promote sustainable development and resilience.

The Mid-Term Evaluation, This Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) is a mandatory requirement for the Programme to assess progress across all seven (7) implementing states, identify key challenges, capture lessons learned, and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform the remaining implementation period and future programming. Young Africa Innovates Programme Individual Contractor To provide an independent, evidence-based assessment of the performance of the YAI Programme in Nigeria since its inception, focusing on its progress toward achieving expected outcomes, its operational efficiency, and the sustainability of its interventions.
