Description

Procurement and Supply Services of the World Health Organization wishes to establish Long Term Agreement(s) for the supply of Miltefosine. Proposed items should be aligned with WHO technical requirements and the technical specifications as described in ITB Document and its annexes. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enter into a Long Term Agreement for an initial duration of three (3) years with the possibility of extension for two more years with successful bidder(s) for the supply of the proposed item, subject to supplier’s satisfactory performance and price competitiveness. Bidders should follow the instructions/information set forth in chapters: 2. Requirements 3. Instructions to Bidders and 4.Evaluation of Bids for submission of the ITB document. Bidders must express their Intention to bid by clicking the “opt in” tab on the tender published on UNGM, before 23 November 2025 [23:59], CET. Supporting document, Annex 6_Confidentiality undertaking to be submitted as part of the bid submission. Any questions or clarifications relating to the attached documents shall be addressed in writing via UNGM before the 30 November 2025 [23:59], CET. A summary of all the questions & answers will be shared with the bidders as soon as possible. The closing date for the bids will be on the 12 December 2025 [23:59] CET. Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids posted later than the due date shall not be considered.
