Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks an External Collaborator – National Consultant (Indonesia) to join a three-member evaluation team (comprising one international team leader and two national consultants for Indonesia and Thailand) to conduct the Final Independent Evaluation of the ILO regional project “Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable Supply Chains (RISSC)” (RAS/22/10/JPN). The evaluation will be carried out in line with the ILO Evaluation Guidelines and in accordance with the objectives of the RISSC project. Interested individual consultants are requested to submit the following: 1. A brief description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience are relevant to this assignment. 2. A statement confirming the candidate’s availability and the proposed daily professional fee (in USD). 3. An updated CV including qualifications, previous evaluation experience, and a list of relevant assignments. 4. A declaration confirming that the candidate had no prior involvement in the design or implementation of the RISSC Project and has no personal relationship with any ILO officials engaged in the programme. 5. A few examples of evaluation reports for projects or programmes related to skills development (full document). 6. A list of two referees (name, affiliation, phone number, and email address) who served as evaluation managers for previous assignments. Please note that while the evaluation will be conducted by a team of three, this particular call is open only for the National Consultant based in Indonesia.
