Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The primary goal of this assignment is to document the influence of the TRANSFORM initiative on social protection systems and players through gathering of evidence of its efficacy. The study also seeks to assess the impact of TRANSFORM in mindset shifts regarding social protection and various levels. It aims to offer a comprehensive assessment of how the initiative enhances both individual and institutional capacities across different segments of government and civil society and how this in turn influences the formulation of social protection policies and strategies and their implementation. The study is expected to uncover and document the initiative"s outcomes, both intended and unintended, providing insights into its strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement related to its continued roll-out in Malawi.
