Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the guidance of the National Programme Officer (BWB), the consultant will deliver in-person and virtual Soft Skills Training Activities under the GEAR program in RMG factories to promote women’s career progression and leadership, including TOT. Responsibilities include forming advisory committees, facilitating trainee selection, and engaging managers, mentors, and workers. The consultant will conduct classroom and factory-based trainings, support onboarding, mentorship, and team-building activities, and maintain communication with factories and BWB. Tasks also involve monitoring trainee performance, collecting data for M&E, developing business cases, preparing reports, and contextualizing training materials and session plans.
