Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The recruited consultant/Team of consultants will be required, based on a methodological note detailing the approach, key institutions/individuals to consult, the ECOWAS Labour Migration Strategy (2025 – 2030) and a timeline, to develop a Costed Biennial Workplan (2026–2027). With reference to the ECOWAS Commission’s Monitoring and Evaluation and communication gui9delines Guidelines, This will lead to a draft structure for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan, Communication Plan which aim to create linkages to country-level activities, to develop a comprehensive framework for achieving the objectives of monitoring, reporting and evaluating the Action plan’s progress towards the achievements of its Strategic Objectives. A Power Point Presentations of all deliverables (produced for validation meeting) will be also produced, accompanied by a briefing note, and slide presentations. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
