Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. • Reviewing the C-190 gap analysis report and relevant
national legal and policy documents. • Organizing consultative provincial tripartite meetings with the ILO constituents and stakeholders; representatives from government, employers’
and workers’ organizations, and civil society to present the findings and discuss the recommendations of the gaps analysis of the ILO C-190. Based on the study’s recommendations,
stakeholders will collaboratively identify priority areas, propose provincial-level strategies, and define roles, timelines, and resource needs. This process will culminate in the
development of a national workplan for the implementation of C-190, informed by the unique policy, institutional, and socio-cultural context of each province. Four such provincial
consultative meetings will be organized in each of the provinces (Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). • Developing a single multi-stakeholder workplan based on the
inputs of the ILO tripartite constituents from each province, with clear actionable steps, responsible stakeholders, well defined timelines and monitoring indicators. • Ensuring the
workplan is rights-based, gender-sensitive, and aligned with national development priorities and international commitments Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the
