Provision of Cleaning, Building and Ground Maintenance Services for UN Office in Belgrade (UNOB) (Албания - Тендер #68644498)

Description

1. The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) requires the Provision of Cleaning, Building and Ground Maintenance Services for UN Office in Belgrade (UNOB). The resultant contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with the option to extend at the discretion of UNMIK for four (4) additonal year (1) periods. 2. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following information: a) United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration: Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. Companies registered at the basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to Level 1. b) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone, physical location and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. c) Vendors must be registered in UNGM in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement, and those not registered may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. The UNGM Identification Number obtained at the start of the registration process, must be provided to the Procurement officer at the time of submitting the EOI in the completed EOI Form. 5. The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of www.ungm.org website. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their EOIs through the E-mail addresses provided below. 6. The REOI, clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest for the Provision of Cleaning, Building and Ground Maintenance Services for UN Office in Belgrade (UNOB), must be received by UNMIK not later than 16.00 hours local time (UTC+1) on 03 December 2025, via e-mail address to unmik-procurement@un.org; cc: Irfan Rushiti at rushiti@un.org and serugo@un.org. 7. UNMIK also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements.
