Description

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, invites qualified contractors with valid licenses and manufacturer authorizations for all listed items to express their interest in supplying 24 units of Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers and related accessories. UNECA intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a competent contractor for the ongoing supply of EV Chargers and accessories. The selected vendor will be awarded a contract to deliver the EV Chargers and accessories as specified in the bidding documents. The initial contract duration will be one (1) year, with the possibility of annual extensions based on satisfactory performance, for a maximum period of five (5) years.. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) at a later stage.The detailed specifications will be contained in the ITB Bid document. Kindly note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
