Provision of Web Streaming, Totems and Audio-visual Technical Support During IFAD Governing Council and Related Events (Албания - Тендер #68547785)

Description

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Consulting services for a front-to-end core process redesign of IFAD’s policies and procedures as they relate to its Non Sovereign Operations. The objective of this tender is to select a vendor to provide the following equipment and services for the 49th Governing Council (five days in total: 1 day for the pre-events meetings, two days for the GC, 1 day for testing, 1 day for final rehearsal): • The rental of Vertical Totems and services, including the associated technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for the management of the contents of the Totems; • The rental of a local printer; • The rental of Web streaming equipment and services, including the associated technical resources on-site (IFAD HQ) for operating the Web Streaming; • Four (4) Audio-Visual technicians on-site (IFAD HQ) for a total of six (6) days to assist in the preparation and execution of the overall event (in total 24 man- day technicians). The initial contract will be valid for one (1) year, with the option for renewal for an additional one-year period, during which the selected vendor would also be expected to support the organization of the 50th Governing Council.
