The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of solar-powered pumping systems that are planned to be installed in
forty candidate locations in 3 different state each state include White Nile, Sinnar and Gadareff states in SUDAN . If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have,

INVALIDATED. Many thanks and best regards, FAO PROCUREMENT SUDAN General Description 1. The solar water pumping system comprises solar modules, a centrifugal pump (three-phase AC and
variable frequency pump), a solar inverter, and the balance of system components. 2. The system’s major components, which are the solar modules, the centrifugal pump, and the solar
inverter, MUST be provided with a letter from the principal manufacturer on the warranty and performance parameters and ratings. In addition, an accreditation certificate from a
recognized institution is recommended for each product. 3. Installation, testing, and commissioning MUST be separately mentioned including the provision for spare parts and after-sales
services for the water pumps. 4. The daily water requirement ranges from 200 to 300 cubic meters per day for each candidate sites/villages. 5. The necessary designs and drawings for the
civil construction and the solar panels’ stands/mounting structure MUST be provided. A. LOCATION 1. The solar-powered pumping systems will be installed in forty villages split equally
between three localities in each of the following state: White Nile, Sinnar and Gadaref state. 2. All the forty locations and their coordinates are listed under the irrigation schemes
location. B. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS 1. Solar irradiance of 6.5 kWh/m2/day MUST be used to calculate the photovoltaic system requirements. 2. The water sources for all pumping systems are
the White River, Blue Nile and Atbara Rivers 3. The total dynamic head for all locations ranges from 10 to 20meters. Hence, the pumping options should be provided within this range with
its specific requirements and performances charts. 4. Details for “matching the required specifications” MUST be provided BEFORE the supply and delivery of the pumps. 5. The pumped
