Meeting facilities and conference packages in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (Албания - Тендер #68411670)

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for [Meeting facilities and conference packages in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR] which address the following objectives:

a. Meeting room rentals for high-profile meetings and conferences with various capacity: 1-20 pax, 21-50 pax, 51-150 pax, for full day or half day
b. Conference packages for the meeting participants (Half day package should include welcome tea/coffee and 1 coffee break and lunch; Full day package should include welcome tea/coffee, 2 coffee breaks and lunch)
c. Technical support for the evet: free, good quality wi-fi, projector; microphones and sound system; laser pointer; flipcharts, whiteboards and markers; notepads and pens; decoration; mineral water for the participants;
d. Parking spaces

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
