Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an external collaborator to adapt the ILO “Work Wise Youth” training material to the Montenegrin legal and institutional context. Tasks include conducting desk research and reviewing relevant legislation and policies; updating legal and policy references; revising terminology to reflect local usage; and developing localized examples, case studies, and exercises relevant to Montenegrin youth, including NEETs, rural youth, displaced youth, and young women. The collaborator will prepare a draft version for ILO review, integrate feedback, and deliver a final, proofread Montenegrin-language toolkit, fully formatted and pedagogically ready for training use.
