Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO
seeks to engage an individual consultant to develop detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) for a data entry exercise in support of the actuarial valuation of social security schemes in the
Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The consultant will review sample employer and employee forms from the Department of Social Security, identify data fields required for actuarial modelling, and
assess operational, logistical, and IT requirements for large-scale digitization. Tasks will include defining scope of work, data input processes, quality assurance and validation
mechanisms, confidentiality safeguards, and contractor evaluation criteria. The consultant will draft a comprehensive ToR package, including timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, and
technical annexes, and will revise the document based on feedback from ILO and DSS. The final output will provide a clear and practical framework for launching a competitive procurement
of a service provider to implement the data entry exercise. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are
interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please
submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
