Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: In execution of this assignment, the consultant will carry out the following tasks; 1. Conduct an assessment of the existing reporting tools, practices, and staff capacity at the recently established Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) in Mogadishu. 2. Develop a standardized reporting system and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) plan aligned with ILO BRMM standards. 3. Deliver practical, on-the-job training for MRC staff on the new reporting tools, data entry, documentation, and MEL system. 4.
