Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual national consultant to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be
performed: The Communication Consultant will be responsible for strengthening the visibility and outreach of the ILO-supported component of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing
Project (RAAMP) across the five pilot states—Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Niger, Ogun, and Sokoto. The consultant will conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality communication materials that
effectively document and showcase the project’s achievements, impacts, and good practices. Working closely with the ILO technical team, FPMU, and SPIUs, the consultant will develop a
detailed production plan and filming schedule, identify suitable locations, and coordinate field visits to cover major project interventions including labour-based routine maintenance,
spot improvements, training sessions, and community interactions. During field assignments, the consultant will capture professional-quality video and photographic content, conduct
interviews with beneficiaries, local authorities, contractors, and business owners, and collect compelling human-interest stories demonstrating the project’s contribution to improved
livelihoods, employment creation, and market access. Please note that this assignment requires travel to the states, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are
