Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as a National External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will lead the design and delivery of the strategic plan, engaging tripartite constituents, private sector, and civil society to ensure broad ownership, alignment with national development frameworks, and practical relevance.The Strategic Plan will be anchored in the National Employment Policy (NEP). Its vision, strategic pillars, and actionable programmes for employment creation will mirror those of the NEP to ensure coherence, complementarity, and policy integration.
