Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Mentor and coach TULIT members to refine their training session plans and ensure they are practical, inclusive, and impactful. • Support the development of high-quality bilingual (Nepali/English) training toolkits, including visual aids and worksheets, aligned with the five thematic topics • Build the facilitation capacity of TULIT members to deliver the Training of Trainers (ToT). The assignment will be conducted in close coordination with the Trade Union Learning Innovation Team (TULIT), ITC ILO, ACTRAV and ILO Nepal.
