United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

The Division of Internal Oversight Services (IOS) at UNESCO is seeking a firm with expertise to conduct an audit with the aim to provide independent and objective assurance on the design and operating effectiveness of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

The review should also assess how the organization is adapting to threats enhanced by new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. It should be noted that this engagement will not include network vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
