Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: At the
request of the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), and in view of the ILO’s longstanding technical role, the Post-2025 Roadmap will be officially launched on 18–19 November 2025 in Bangkok and
integrated into annual intersectoral capacity-building on child labour. The launch event will introduce stakeholders to the Roadmap’s strategic objectives, priority areas and
implementation mechanisms, while strengthening regional capacities, intersectoral coordination and ownership among ASEAN Member States (AMS) and social partners. The launch and
accompanying capacity-building workshop will be technically and financially supported by the ILO through the regional project “Trade, Labour and Fundamental Principles and Rights at
Work (FPRW) in South-East Asia,” funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). This project aims to strengthen labour compliance with international labour standards,
including FPRW, and works closely with ASEC and AMS through technical assistance, capacity development, evidence generation and tripartite dialogue. The workshop is scheduled to take
place on 18–19 November 2025 in hybrid modality, in Bangkok, Thailand. The consultant, working in close collaboration with the Lead Consultant, ASEC and the host government, will
provide end-to-end technical, coordination and facilitation support for the Launch of the Post-2025 Roadmap and the accompanying capacity-strengthening workshop. Please note that if
travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to
consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank yo
