Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Assess the current level and extent of digital transformation in TEVET and skills development systems in Zambia, encompassing infrastructure, equipment, software, connectivity, and usage patterns, adoption and use. • Identify existing levels of digital skills and competencies of TEVET trainers, managers, administrative staff, and students. • Map current applications of digital technologies in teaching, learning, assessment, administration, management, and outreach within TEVET institutions. • Identify key opportunities and challenges for adoption and effective use of digital technologies in the TEVET sector. • Determine the availability and utilisation of digital learning resources and platforms within TEVET institutions. • Assess the existing policies, strategies, and institutional frameworks related to digitalisation of TEVET. • Gather insights on the perceptions and attitudes of stakeholders (trainers, students, administrators, managers and industry partners) towards digital transformation in TEVET. • Provide recommendations and an Implementation Plan for strategic interventions to promote and enhance digital transformation in TEVET institutions in Zambia including an Implementation Plan.
