Study on effects of reforms to co-payment values under the NHI in Lao PDR (Албания - Тендер #67519897)

The ILO in Lao PDR is looking for a qualified research institution to conduct a study on the effects of reforms to co-payment values in Lao PDR. The main objective of the consultancy is to generate evidence on the effects of the reform to payment rates and co-payment amounts under the NHI introduced in August 2024. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research institution will ascertain the effects of the reform at three levels on persons legally covered by the NHI scheme, on health facilities, and the implications for the NHI scheme.
