Description
Dear companies, The WTO will soon launch an invitation to bid, ITB (est. by mid Oct) to select one or several agents to manage subscriptions to physical and online resources (journals,
newspapers, data, news, and research services). Main Requirements: • Subscription management across print and electronic formats • Clear subscription conditions and pricing by format
• IP-based or named-user licensing as appropriate • Provision of access URLs, credentials, and usage statistics • Consolidated invoicing (ideally once per year, in CHF, VAT
excluded) • Key account management, escalation procedures, and access to training • Ability to add new titles during contract period Evaluation criteria: Minimum 3 years’ experience
in subscription management (negotiating/ leveraging purchasing power); ability to handle both French and English providers, User friendliness of the online subscription platform (demoed
via a link) Minimum of 50 titles proposed Acceptance of WTO"s terms and conditions Financial submission in the Excel format submitted by the WTO, including the management fee in addition
to subscription costs. Fees and prices must be fixed for the initial 3 years, with capped increases for extensions. Important Considerations: Adherence to WTO IT security, provision of
data in exportable formats, WTO branding of online resources where possible, compliance with intellectual property requirements. Duration: 3 years (2026–2028) + two optional 1-year
renewals (through end 2030), subject to satisfactory performance. Monitoring & KPIs (not exhaustive) • Responses to queries within 2 working days • Online access issues resolved
in <48 hours • Print claims resolved within 1 month • Transitions, timings for cancellations management • Invoicing clear and efficient • Quality of usage analytics/statistics
