Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual to work as an external collaborator. Please find below a summary of the work to be carried out: The Consultant will provide technical support to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) for the THAMM Plus project, in line with ILO and EU standards. Key responsibilities include: • Monitoring & Data Management: Raising staff awareness on M&E, implementing the monitoring agenda, updating the Project Monitoring Plan (quarterly), consolidating progress indicators, preparing reports for EU, ILO, and UNINFO, and reviewing the M&E risk register. • Data Collection & Analysis: Designing gender-sensitive tools, supporting ad-hoc data collection, and analysing data to inform decision-making, advocacy, and policy dialogue. • Reporting: Consolidating inputs for quarterly and annual reports, ensuring consistency, results-orientation, and coherence of indicators, and reviewing drafts for learning integration. • Capacity Building & Dissemination: Preparing guidance tools, conducting workshops, and supporting capitalization of results.
